Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We offer standard shipping which takes of 2-5 days after the processing period to be received. International shipping times may differ.

Pre-order items may have prolonged shipping time periods.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has successfully processed and is shipped, we will provide a tracking number to the email address you provided. All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

 

LIABILITY

Please review your order carefully. If the wrong address is entered, please contact us immediately. However, we are not liable for shipping to incorrect address if that is the address provided by the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost/stolen items by the shipping carrier. If there are any issues with shipping carrier contact USPS with your tracking information.
